Introduction to China Textile Industry Standard FZ/T 73013-2017 Knitted Swimsuit
FZ/T 73013-2017 Knitted Swimwear replaces FZ/T 73013-2010 Knitted Swimwear. Compared with FZ/T 73013-2010, the main technical changes are as follows:
1. Modified the scope of application;
2. Normative references are modified;
3. The assessment standard of fiber content has been modified
4. The assessment standard of color fastness to light has been modified and fluorescent color has been added;
5. “The swimsuit for infants and children shall meet the relevant requirements of GB 31701” is added;
6. “Lining shall comply with the provisions of GB 18401” is added;
7. The description of defect degree is added;
8. The measurement diagram has been changed;
9. Stitch density regulations are deleted;
10. Modification of splicing mutual dyeing degree test;
Scope of FZ/T 73013-2017 Knitted Swimwear
FZ/T 73013-2017 standard specifies the product classification, model, requirements, experimental methods, judgment rules, product instructions, packaging, transportation and storage of knitted swimwear.
The standard is applicable to the identification of the quality of knitted swimwear products made of knitted fabrics. Swimsuits made of other textile fabrics can be referred to.
Product classification and model
1. Knitted swimwear is divided into three types: one-piece swimwear, split swimwear and swimwear.
2. Model of one-piece swimsuit: mark the net height and chest circumference in cm.
3. Split swimwear shall be marked with the net height, chest and hip circumference in cm. Among them, the split swimsuit jacket with cup shall comply with FZ/T 73012.
4. The net height and hip circumference of the swimsuit shall be marked in cm.
Requirements of FZ/T 73013-2017 Knitted Swimwear
The requirements are divided into internal quality and appearance quality. The internal quality includes fiber content, formaldehyde content, PH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, tensile elastic elongation, tensile elastic recovery rate against chlorinated water (swimming pool water), color fastness to soaping, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to water, color fastness to sea water, color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to chlorinated water (swimming pool water), color fastness to light, splicing mutual dyeing and other indicators; Appearance quality includes surface defects, specification and size deviation, size difference of symmetrical parts, sewing regulations and other indicators.
1. Grading regulations:
The quality grade is divided into superior products, first class products and qualified products. Only two extreme surface defects of the same grade are allowed on the same product, and those exceeding the grade shall be reduced by one grade.
2. Internal quality:
The project content includes fiber content, formaldehyde content, PH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, tensile elastic elongation, tensile elastic recovery rate resistant to chlorinated water (swimming pool water), color fastness/grade (soaping resistance, sweat resistance, water resistance, seawater resistance, friction resistance, light resistance, splicing mutual dyeing degree).
3. Appearance quality requirements:
The content includes the provisions on surface defect evaluation, defect category, yarn defect (oil yarn, colored yarn), weaving defect (long stitch, repair mark, silk stretch, loose stitch), dyeing and finishing defect (color difference, grain skew, aurora print, rust stain), sewing defect (sewing greasy thread, needle hole, heavy stitch), printing defect (sand hole, dry plate, missing pattern, incorrect set, overlapping color, and shading).
4. Size deviation:
The content of the project includes the size difference of garment length, 1/2 chest (hip, waist) circumference, side length (briefs), side length (boxers), foot opening width, crotch width and symmetrical parts.
5. Stitching regulations
- The sewing should be firm, and the stitch should be straight, round, and tight
- Four thread and five thread overlock or flat seam shall be applied at the joint.
- Back stitch shall be used to reinforce the edge opening of the horizontal seam.
- Double crotch shall be used for the lower crotch, and lining cloth (or breast pad) shall be added to the chest. Accessories and lining cloth shall be selected according to product requirements.
- It is sewed with high elastic sewing thread. The thread shall not be broken, and the reverse stitch shall not prick the hand.
