Swimsuit fabric material

What are the materials of the swimsuit?
1. DuPont Leica:
DuPont Lycra is a kind of artificial elastic fiber, which can be stretched freely for 4 to 7 times, and quickly recover its original length after the release of external force. It cannot be used alone, but can be interwoven with any other man-made or natural fibers. It does not change the appearance of the fabric. It is an invisible fiber, which can greatly improve the performance of the fabric, and can enhance the draping feeling and wrinkle resistance of the material
DuPont Lycra swimwear will have a longer service life than ordinary swimwear, and is mostly suitable for one-piece swimwear.
2. Nylon fabric:
Nylon, also known as nylon, is the first synthetic fiber in the world. Nylon is a kind of polyamide fiber (nylon), which can be made into long fibers or short fibers.
Nylon fabric is not as strong as Lycra fabric. It is mainly used for swimwear with moderate price, which belongs to the middle price. Although its firmness is not enough compared with DuPont Lycra swimsuit, its elasticity and softness are almost the same, and it is the most used swimsuit fabric now.
3. Polyester fabric:
Polyester (foreign name: polyester), namely polyester fiber, was invented in 1941 and is an important variety of synthetic fibers. It is the simplest one among the three synthetic fibers, and the biggest advantage is good wrinkle resistance and shape retention, and the price is relatively cheap. It is durable, elastic, not easy to deformation, corrosion resistance, insulation, neat, easy to wash and dry.

4. Spandex filament:
The full name of polyurethane fiber is polyurethane fiber, which is polymerized by PTMEG and MDI. It is the material of modern clothing industry. Clothing fabric. The elastic fabric woven with it is comfortable, fit and elastic, and has a good reputation as the second skin of human body.
Spandex yarn is highly elastic and usually not spun separately. It is often blended with lycra, nylon and polyester cloth. The content of spandex in swimsuit fabric is generally about 15% – 20%, and the content of high-quality swimsuit spandex yarn is more than 18%.
The fabric of a good swimsuit is soft and elastic, the texture of the fabric is relatively dense, the cutting is exquisite, and the elastic thread is used for sewing, so the thread will not be broken due to movement. When purchasing swimwear, the principle is to fit and comfort. If the swimsuit is too large, it is easy to carry water, which will increase the body burden and the resistance when swimming. If the swimsuit is too small, it will easily cause scratches on the limbs, causing poor blood flow.
